Sandra McDowell, MA, CEC, PCC
Sandra has extensive communication, executive coaching, marketing, and leadership experience. She has studied emotional intelligence, neuroleadership, attained a Masters in Leadership, and received a Certified Executive Coach (PCC) designation.
Sandra founded the eLeadership Academy (www.e-leadershipacademy.com) with a vision to deliver a valuable, low cost leadership development program that works in today’s competitive environment, and that supports growth and high performance.
In her executive role as VP of Communication and Culture for First Credit Union, she has been the driving force behind a leadership and coaching culture that has resulted in increased engagement and leadership capacity. Sandra is a sought after facilitator and speaker, and the past recipient of a national and international young leader award. She speaks and facilitates on the topics of leadership, coaching, collaboration, neuroleadership, and brain power strategies for success.
Sandra has served as an executive board member for a national marketing association, co-chair of a National Young Leaders Task Force, and currently serves as a lead partner for the local Success by Six initiative.
